Q. How quickly can I get my plants delivered?
A. If you order a full truckload of containers in summer pretty quickly. If you call in a new order for B&B material in late spring it is going to take several weeks. We will make every effort to get your material to you ASAP. The earlier you order the smoother things tend to go!

Q. Why are freight charges COD?
A. Shipping charges are a totally separate charge. By federal law all freight bills are due in 7 days. Lake County chooses to collect them when making a delivery.

Q. What does the term Park Grade (PG) mean?
A. Park grade stands for a tree with an imperfection. Commonly 'park grade' trees have an uneven head, a missing branch, a scar on the trunk, a bow in the trunk, or could be limbed very high or low. 'Park grade' plants are healthy plants. Used in the proper location 'park grade' plants offer a low cost option for you to consider.

Q. Do you make substitutions when you are sold out of what I ordered?
A. For garden centers and retailers I ask Lake County Nursery to make substitutions ONE size up or down from the size you ordered. Most landscapers need exactly the size ordered and therefore I limit substitutions. We will always follow your direction concerning substitutions.

Q. What is the best crabapple for my area?
